This hotel surpassed my expectations with its welcoming ambiance and outstanding wellness offerings. The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed, contributing to a genuinely luxurious experience. The exceptional spa treatments and the stunning thermal pools were the highlights of my stay, providing a perfect chance to unwind. However, I found the dining service to be somewhat disjointed at times, which was a bit disappointing considering the otherwise high standard of service throughout the hotel.

However, the thermal pool access could use better organization, and there's a notable sulphur smell throughout the property that might be off-putting for some guests.
